Warrenty
1. Warranty period & who is covered
Stellyfire International warrants to the original purchaser that Stellyfire cookware products will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty applies only to products purchased from Stellyfire or an authorized retailer.
2. What this warranty covers
During the 12-month warranty period, Stellyfire will, at its option and subject to verification and inspection, repair, replace, or refund products that are proven to have manufacturing defects. Typical covered issues include (but are not limited to):

Structural defects that affect product function (e.g., severe warping preventing safe use).

Handle or rivet separation caused by faulty manufacturing.

Coating separation or delamination that is clearly due to manufacturing (not caused by misuse).
All remedies are subject to inspection and confirmation by Stellyfire or an authorized service agent.
3. What this warranty does not cover (strict exclusions)
This warranty is strict and does not cover damage or failures resulting from any of the following:

Normal wear & tear (loss of non-stick performance over time, scratches, minor discoloration).

Misuse or abuse, including but not limited to: overheating (empty pan on high heat), use on open flame where not recommended, use with inappropriate tools (metal spatulas if product care warns against), or commercial/restaurant use if product is intended for domestic use.

Accidental damage (drops, impacts, dents).

Improper cleaning or harsh chemicals/abrasives that damage finishes or coatings.
-
Damage from dishwasher use if product care states hand-wash only.

Cosmetic issues that do not affect function (minor scratches, color fade, small chips that don’t affect safety).

Products that have been modified, repaired, or altered by anyone other than Stellyfire or an authorized representative.

Missing original packaging, accessories, or proof of purchase when required for claim processing.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers (claims may be refused).
Strict pointer: If evidence (photos, videos, or returned item) indicates the cause is excluded above, the claim will be denied.
4. How to make a warranty claim (strict process — follow exactly)

Prepare documentation: Order number / proof of purchase, clear photos and/or video showing the issue, product model/name, purchase date, and a brief description of the problem.

Contact us by email: Send the above to support@stellyfire.com with subject line “Warranty Claim — [Order #]”.

RMA & instructions: If we determine the issue may be covered, we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and provide return/shipping instructions. Do not ship returns without an RMA — unapproved returns may be refused.

Ship the item: Pack the product securely in original packaging (if available). Keep tracking information — you may be required to provide proof of shipment.

Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the product. Inspections are completed within a reasonable timeframe (typically up to 14 business days) after receipt.

Resolution: After inspection we will notify you of the outcome and, if covered, will repair, replace, or refund at Stellyfire’s discretion.
Strict pointer: Incomplete claims (missing proof of purchase or photos) may be delayed or refused — include all requested information on first contact.
5. Shipping & costs for warranty returns

For confirmed manufacturing defects, Stellyfire will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid shipping label, at our discretion.

For claims that are not covered by the warranty (per exclusions above), return shipping costs to send the item to Stellyfire and any redelivery charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

If you choose an expedited return method, additional charges may not be reimbursed.
6. Remedies & limitations

Stellyfire’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product only; incidental or consequential damages (lost food, lost time, indirect costs) are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Refunds, if issued, are limited to the purchase price paid for the affected product (excluding shipping, taxes, and duties).

Repaired or replaced products may be new or refurbished and will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from repair/replacement — whichever is longer, at Stellyfire’s discretion.
7. Proof of purchase & registration

Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or sales receipt) is required for all warranty claims.

Optional: Register your product at purchase (if registration page is provided) — registration can speed up claim handling but is not required to make a valid warranty claim.
8. Transferability & resale

This warranty is intended for the original purchaser only and is not transferable to secondary purchasers, except where local law requires otherwise. Proof of original purchase may be required.
9. Safety notices & product care

This warranty does not cover damage caused by failure to follow the product care and safety instructions included with the product. Always follow the care instructions (heat limits, recommended utensils, cleaning methods).

Using the product outside recommended conditions may void the warranty.
10. Fraud prevention & right to refuse

Stellyfire reserves the right to refuse warranty claims that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with normal use. We may require additional evidence or return of the product for independent inspection.
11. Governing law & further rights

This warranty is governed by the laws of India. It gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction. Where local consumer protection laws provide greater rights, those laws will apply.
