Cleaning, drying and stacking
Soft sponge, warm water, full dry. And a cloth between stacked pans.
Let the pan return to room temperature before it goes anywhere near the tap. Thermal shock — hot metal, cold water — is the fastest way to warp a base.
Daily clean
Warm water, mild soap, soft sponge. That is genuinely all it needs.
- Skip steel wool and abrasive powders
- Skip the dishwasher — detergents are harsh on ceramic
- Dry fully before storing
- Place a cloth or felt pad between stacked pans
If something sticks
Soak in warm water for ten minutes and it will lift. Never chisel at a warm surface with metal.
