Dispatch in 24–48 hours
Orders placed before 2pm IST on a working day usually leave our warehouse the same day.
Delivery in 3–7 days
Metro cities 3–4 days, rest of India 5–7 days. Every order ships with tracking by SMS and email.
7 day easy returns
Unused and in original packaging? Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we arrange a free pickup.
1 year warranty
Every Stellyfire piece is covered against manufacturing defects for a full year from purchase.
Shipping
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. Cash on delivery is available on most pin codes with a ₹79 handling fee.
- Orders are dispatched within 24–48 working hours. You receive a tracking link by SMS and email the moment the parcel is scanned in.
- Delivery takes 3–4 days to metro cities and 5–7 days elsewhere. Remote pin codes in the North East, Andaman & Nicobar and Ladakh may take 8–10 days.
- We do not currently ship outside India. For export or bulk enquiries, write to care@stellyfire.com.
Returns & exchanges
- You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. The cookware must be unused, unwashed and in its original box with all inserts and documents.
- Raise the request from the Contact page or WhatsApp us with your order number and a photo of the item. We arrange a reverse pickup within 2–3 working days.
- Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- Exchanges for a different size or finish are free once per order — you only pay the price difference, if any.
- Combo sets can only be returned as a complete set. Individual pieces from a set are not eligible.
Damaged or wrong item
- Please film an unboxing video where possible — it makes claims instant.
- Report damage, a missing piece or a wrong item within 48 hours of delivery and we send a replacement at no cost to you.
- Transit damage claims after 48 hours are handled case by case, and we almost always find a way to make it right.
Warranty claims
- The 1 year warranty covers manufacturing defects: handle failure, rivet loosening, base warping under normal use and coating defects not caused by misuse.
- It does not cover scratches from metal utensils, damage from overheating an empty pan, dishwasher damage where hand wash is specified, or normal cosmetic wear.
- Send your order number and photos of the issue to care@stellyfire.com. Approved claims are repaired or replaced free of charge.
